Keith Skantz, Vice President of Operations and Co-Owner of Lumber One Co – Georgia Inc. began his trading career in 1981. In 2004, he joined forces with Billy Ray Casteel to form Lumber One Co – Georgia Inc. in Fayetteville, GA. The company is now located in Senoia, GA. In 2010, Lumber One Georgia opened an additional trading office in Hattiesburg, MS.

In addition to trading daily, Mr. Skantz oversees the daily operations of the sales and support staff in both Georgia and Mississippi, including staff expansions and any opportunities to improve productivity and profitability of the company. Mr. Skantz spends time in both offices and can easily be contacted at the Georgia location.
